Rules Governing Platform Use
These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and nx999. By registering an account or accessing any part of the nx999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out below. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.
Important Notice — Please Read Before Proceeding
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all users of the nx999 platform accessible at nx999.ws and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces ("Platform"). nx999 is operated as an online casino and sports betting service. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you agree to be legally bound by its terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Platform. nx999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time; continued use of the Platform after publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Access is strictly limited to adults aged 18 and above. Age is verified during the KYC process. Underage accounts are closed immediately.
Bangladesh Market
This Platform is operated in English and is designed for use by adults in Bangladesh. Players outside Bangladesh should verify their local gambling laws before registering.
BDT Transactions
All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are supported as primary payment methods.
Binding Agreement
Use of any part of the nx999 Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions as a legally binding agreement.
Definitions & Interpretation
The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Eligibility & Account Registration
Access to the nx999 Platform is conditional upon meeting each of the eligibility criteria set out in this section. nx999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence at any point to verify eligibility, and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. nx999 employs age-verification procedures during the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and any deposits made to that Account will be returned to the original payment source. nx999 will not honour any wagers placed by a person under the age of 18.
One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.
Registration Process. To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile phone number, and a payment method in your own name. You must not impersonate any other person or provide false information at the time of registration or at any time thereafter.
Account Verification. nx999 may require you to complete KYC verification before permitting withdrawals or at any time where fraud, money laundering, or underage access is suspected. Verification documents may include a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, and/or a recent utility bill or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
Eligibility Checklist
You must satisfy all of the following conditions before registering:
- Aged 18 or above at the time of registration
- Registering with your own true identity — no pseudonyms
- Using a payment method held in your own name
- Not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful
- Not a previously self-excluded or permanently banned player on this Platform
- Not an employee, contractor, or close family member of an nx999 employee
- Holding only one Account on the Platform at any given time
- Capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable law
Jurisdictional Responsibility
nx999 operates in English and is designed for use by adults in Bangladesh. Players outside Bangladesh are solely responsible for verifying whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.
Account Obligations & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. nx999 will treat any instruction or transaction originating from your Account as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of unauthorised access.
Password Security. You must choose a strong, unique password for your nx999 Account and must not use the same password on any other website or service. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify nx999 immediately via the 24/7 live chat support channel. nx999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate password security or have knowingly shared your credentials.
Accurate Account Information. You are obligated to keep your Account information accurate and up to date at all times. Any change in your name, address, mobile number, or payment details must be reported to nx999 support. Material inaccuracies in Account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or temporary Account suspension pending verification.
Account Not Transferable. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other individual. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in its immediate closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Protect Your Credentials
Never share your password or PIN with any third party. nx999 will never ask for your full password via email or chat.
Secure Your Device
Always log out of your Account when using a shared or public device. Enable screen lock on any device where nx999 is accessed.
Report Suspicious Activity
If you notice unrecognised transactions or login activity on your Account, contact our 24/7 support team immediately via live chat.
Single Account Only
Maintaining more than one Account — for any reason — results in immediate closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of balances without appeal.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Accepted Payment Methods. nx999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). nx999 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or standard withdrawals, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges.
Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit to an nx999 Account is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified Accounts, though enhanced due diligence may apply to large single transactions.
Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from fully verified Accounts are processed within 24 hours for standard members and within hours for Gold and Diamond VIP tier members. nx999 does not impose artificial delays on legitimate withdrawal requests. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds obtained through credit (including credit cards, where accepted) for the purpose of gambling is strongly discouraged. nx999 will not accept deposits from third-party sources and will return any third-party funds to the originating account upon identification.
Anti-Money Laundering. nx999 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All accounts and transactions are subject to monitoring. Where suspicious activity is identified, nx999 reserves the right to freeze Funds, request additional verification documentation, and report the activity to relevant authorities as required by law. Cooperation with nx999's AML process is a condition of continued Account access.

Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in respect of a legitimate deposit to your nx999 Account constitutes a breach of this Agreement. nx999 reserves the right to close the Account and pursue recovery of any funds obtained through an illegitimate chargeback claim.
Bonuses & Promotions
nx999 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer at the time of issuance, and to the general bonus principles set out in this section. Where a specific offer's terms conflict with this section, the specific offer's terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated within each offer's terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them are not withdrawable. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to one Account per individual, per household, and per device. Creating duplicate Accounts to claim multiple instances of the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and closure of the duplicate Account.
Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be specified in the individual offer's terms. Generally, slots contribute at a higher rate than live dealer or table games. Certain games may be excluded entirely from bonus play.
Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant offer will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds will not be reinstated under any circumstances.
Abuse and Exploitation. nx999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, void any bonus-linked winnings, and close any Account where it determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that a player is exploiting promotion mechanics, engaging in arbitrage strategies, or acting in bad faith with respect to any promotional offer.
Welcome Bonus
New players may be eligible for a welcome deposit bonus. Full wagering terms, minimum deposit threshold, and eligible games will be displayed on the promotion page at the time of registration.
Seasonal Promotions
nx999 runs enhanced promotions during BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). Each carries individual terms.
VIP Loyalty Rewards
VIP tier members (Bronze through Diamond) receive cashback offers, reload bonuses, and exclusive event invitations. VIP rewards are non-transferable and are credited at nx999's discretion.
Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
The following actions constitute material breaches of this Agreement. Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, nx999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all associated wagers and winnings, withhold and forfeit all Account balances, and pursue legal remedies where applicable.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
nx999 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, cheating, and the exploitation of software vulnerabilities. Accounts found to be engaged in any of the activities listed below will be closed permanently with no right of appeal, and all Funds held in those Accounts will be forfeited.
- Registering more than one Account on the Platform for any reason
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information at registration or during KYC
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment credentials to fund an Account
- Initiating illegitimate chargebacks or payment disputes following lawful gambling activity
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage
- Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human mechanism to play games or access the Platform
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or table game formats
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with sports betting activity on the Platform
- Using the Platform to launder money or to conceal the origin of illicit funds
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location
- Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account, even with your consent
- Any conduct that damages, disrupts, or interferes with the technical operation of the Platform
Responsible Gaming
nx999 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment for adults. It is not a method of generating income, and it should never be pursued with funds that you cannot afford to lose.
Responsible Gaming Tools. nx999 provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible directly from Account settings without requiring a support request: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, temporary cool-off periods (from 1 day to 6 months), and permanent self-exclusion. All limits and exclusions take effect immediately upon activation.
Deposit Limit Increases. Where a player requests an increase to an existing deposit limit, a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period will be applied before the higher limit takes effect. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.
Self-Exclusion. A player who activates self-exclusion will be prohibited from accessing the Platform for the chosen exclusion period. During the exclusion period, the player's Account will not be accessible and no marketing communications will be sent. nx999 will make all reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion; however, players are advised not to attempt to circumvent an active exclusion by registering a new Account.
Support. If you believe that your gambling is becoming harmful to you or others, please contact the nx999 support team via 24/7 live chat. You may also use the self-exclusion feature directly from your Account settings. Players under active self-exclusion may contact support via email at [email protected] to discuss account closure or extension of the exclusion period.

Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on your spending. Limit decreases apply immediately; increases require a 24-hour delay.
Self-Exclusion
Request exclusion for a defined period or permanently. During exclusion, your Account is locked and all promotional communications cease immediately.
Session Reminders
Set session duration alerts so the Platform notifies you when your chosen time threshold is reached, helping you maintain awareness of time spent gaming.
Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the nx999 support team via 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Following receipt of a closure request, your Account will be deactivated within 48 hours. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the payment method of record, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Suspension by nx999. nx999 reserves the right to suspend an Account at any time and without prior notice where it suspects a breach of this Agreement, where fraud or money laundering is suspected, where KYC documentation has not been provided within the requested timeframe, or where directed to do so by a relevant authority. During a suspension, the Account balance will be held securely and will be released following satisfactory resolution of the matter giving rise to the suspension.
Permanent Closure by nx999. nx999 reserves the right to permanently close an Account and forfeit all associated balances in cases of confirmed fraud, identity misrepresentation, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other material breach of this Agreement. A decision to permanently close an Account with forfeiture will be communicated to the email or mobile number registered on the Account.
Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. nx999 will attempt to contact the Account holder at the registered email address or mobile number before applying a dormancy administration fee. Where contact cannot be made and the Account remains inactive, the remaining balance may be reduced by a monthly dormancy fee after the applicable notice period has elapsed. Full dormancy fee details are available from the support team on request.
Amendments to These Terms. nx999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on record, or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure as described above.
